I spent 10 years working as a Senior Agent at System Agency and founded the biggest Discord community about the modelling industry, the Modelling Collective. I currently work as an independent agent and casting director. Since May 2024, I was also hired to lead the new division of Creatives at Go East Creative Management.

I worked as a Senior Agent at System Agency in Paris for 8 years (2014-2022), both as a mother agent and a booker. I managed a portfolio of high fashion and commercial models whose careers I developed over the years, from placing them with international agencies in the US, Europe, East Asia, and Latin America, to building their books and networks, to providing advice on image, social media management, self-care, etc. I also worked as a booker, directly engaging with top clients to book our models, negotiate higher rates and better conditions, all while making sure that each job was carefully selected for the particular talent and would help their global image.
Currently, I operate as an independent agent, casting director and producer; I also share tips, advice and opportunities through my free community, the Modelling Collective.

Currently I lead the creation of a new divison of Creatives for Go East Creative Management. Go East has 25 years of experience in the Middle Eastern and Asian markets representing top tier directors and cinematographers across different genres such as fashion and beauty, automotive, travel and architecture.
I’ve joined them in the middle of 2024 to help expand their talent to photographers, AI and 3D artists, and content creators (=influencers) leveraging my many years of experience working with international talent and clients in fashion, arts and culture.

It is open for anyone interested in learning more about the global modeling industry, including working as models, agents, scouts, and content creators. To join, you need to install the Discord app on your device.
The objective of the community is to provide open access to information about this traditionally secretive industry and to help people protect themselves from scams, illegitimate, or potentially unsafe opportunities.
